Join us at Art Share L.A. on October 2, 2026 for the opening of Unfolding Light, a group exhibition bringing together 14 artists whose work explores mental health, emotional experience, healing, and the transformative power of creative expression.

Through painting, sculpture, photography, installation, mixed media, and other contemporary practices, Unfolding Light creates space for vulnerability, reflection, and connection. The exhibition considers how art can help us navigate personal struggles, make the invisible visible, and open meaningful conversations around mental well-being.

About the Exhibition

Mental health touches every life in unique and deeply personal ways. The artists featured in Unfolding Light offer diverse perspectives shaped by lived experiences, emotional landscapes, and broader conversations surrounding mental well-being.

The exhibition explores themes of:

• Personal narratives and lived experiences

• Healing, growth, and self-reflection

• Anxiety, depression, and emotional landscapes

• Community care and collective healing

• Breaking stigma and encouraging meaningful conversations

Unfolding Light celebrates the ability of art to transform vulnerability into connection. Together, these works remind us that healing can take many forms and that sometimes, healing begins simply by sharing our stories.

Following the opening on October 2, Unfolding Light will remain on view at Art Share L.A. through January 2, 2027, inviting audiences to return, spend time with the work, and continue the conversation around mental health, creativity, and community.
