About the Event
Unspoken Codes, the debut exhibition of Common Names, a youth-led initiative founded by Cici Zhu, will be on view at Art Share L.A. from October 18–31.
What began as a school project has grown into a platform exploring how art helps us move through uncertainty, identity, and belonging. Featuring diverse voices across painting, sculpture, photography, and installation, the exhibition reflects on resilience and connection. At its core is the belief that while our backgrounds may differ, artist is our common name, and art is the language that binds us.
